Secondary School

The school operates the 6-3-3-4 system of education, and the curriculum is in conjunction with the criteria of the Federal and State Government and as such the school’s academic system is divided into 2 major modules the Junior School (J.S.S.) and the Senior School (S.S.S.).


The school admits students into JSS 1 every year. Admissions into other classes are subject to availability and the candidate’s performance in a written examination conducted by the school. Admission is solely on merit. Every candidate seeking admission into the school must meet up with the following criteria:

  • Purchase an admission/application form from the school.
  • Forms must be filled and returned with two (2) recent passport sized photographs, a photocopy of the candidates’ birth certificate, testimonial, last result from his/her last school, and the student personal identification number (SPIN) for those from schools under Lagos State Government.
  • Take a written entrance examination in English Language, Mathematics and General Knowledge.
  • Undergo an oral interview (if successful in the written examination.)

Admission forms are on sale at the school between March and June and the entrance examination is held in June.

NOTE: There is no admission into JSS 3 and SS 3.



In our effort to improve students that are below average in English Language and Mathematics, the school organizes remedial classes to tackle students’ problems in these subjects, ensuring that they are brought up to standard.


This group is made up of students from Basic 7 to 9, and on average, they are between the ages of 10 and 13 years. Students in this category are exposed to a wide range of subjects in a bid to make them versatile, and to enable them to better choose their career path when they reach the senior school level.

Subjects taught at this level, all compulsory, include;English, Mathematics, Basic Science and Technology Science, Business Studies, Prevocational Studies, National Values Education,Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK), Cultural and Creative Art, Speech Work, Music, French, Igbo and Yoruba.


At this level, students have a choice of specializing in any of the three (3) fields of study offered. Science, Art, or Commerce.

Compulsory subjects include; English Language, Mathematics, Civic Education, Computer Science, and Marketing.

Elective subjects include: Economics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Literature in English, Christian Religious Knowledge (CRK), Government, Commerce, Financial Accounting, Food and Nutrition, Visual Art, Agricultural Science, Further Mathematics, Technical Drawing, French, Igbo, Yoruba.
